How can I protect the KeyFob from unauthorized use?

You can set a sequence of 2 to 5 button clicks to protect the KeyFob. Device can lock itself either after a set time or after holding selected button.

What is a sequence and what requirements must be met?

Sequence is a combination of two to five button which expands number of possible actions by activating scenes.

There are a few rules of creating sequences:
– Maximum of six sequences can be created.
– Each sequence must be unique.
– Sequence can consist of two to five button pushes.
– Sequence can contain multiple clicks of the same button.
Sequences cannot be used to activate associations

How can I reset the KeyFob?

There a two ways of resetting the device.

You can do it through the menu:

  1. Click O and - simultaneously.
  2. Click "triangle button" or X until LED glows yellow.
  3. Click + .

You can also perform emergency reset on start-up:

  1. Remove the battery.
  2. Hold O and + , while inserting the battery.

My new KeyFob is not working. What should I do?

Make sure you tear off the stickers from battery and it is properly polarized (+ on the top).

I cannot add the KeyFob to the Z-Wave network. What should I do?

Make sure the device is powered and in range of the gateway. You can also reset the device before the next try.
